What we collect
At checkout we will collect your name, email address, and purchase details. Stripe processes payment information; full card details are not stored by The Unexpected Studio. Payments are not yet enabled on this preview.
How we use it
Purchase information is used for product delivery, confirming membership access, and responding to support requests. Occasional email updates may be sent with consent where required, and you can unsubscribe.
Service providers
Stripe will process payments. The private membership community is hosted by Facebook and is subject to Meta’s own privacy policies. Product delivery and email service provider details are pending confirmation.
Cookies and advertising
Meta Pixel and Google Analytics may be used for advertising measurement and site analytics in the future. No advertising or analytics tracking is currently installed. For EU, UK, and Swiss visitors, optional tracking will only start after consent.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Retention and security
Personal information will be retained only as needed for delivery, membership access, support, and legal obligations. Exact retention periods and operational security details are pending confirmation.
