The Unexpected Studio and Pop's Pop-Ups are sister brands under the same parent company. Parent company legal name, registered address, and contact email: pending confirmation.
Digital product purchases
The Break Even (or Better) Event Toolkit is a digital product sold for a one-time $49 payment. No account creation is required. Access to the download is provided following a successful payment. The final Bundle contents are pending.
The Pairing Room
Membership is a one-time lifetime access fee at the founding price available when you join: $97 for the first 20 members, $147 for the next 30, $197 for the next 50, and $247 after 100 members. This is not a recurring subscription. Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the membership offering.
Refunds
A provisional 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. The final refund policy and request process are pending confirmation. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Products and membership resources are for your own business use. Do not redistribute, resell, publish, or share paid resources or private community content without written permission. Community participation must be respectful and lawful.
Payments and access
Payments will be processed through Stripe. Membership access is provided after confirmed payment. Request to join the private Facebook group with the same name and email used at checkout.
